For glass bottle aluminum cap, there are many popular size in spirits industry, such as 28x16mm/30x35mm/30x44mm/30x50mm/31.5x44mm with PE liner or non-refillable plastic pourer according to different requirements.

The thickness and material of glass bottle aluminum caps is 0.23mm, 8011 aluminum alloy. Glass bottle cap are produced by high speed BORTOLIINKEMO machine that was imported from Europe, 40000pcs per hour, equipped with automatic inspection machine.

For new clients, the order could be started from 50k pcs with each item, our production could be finished within 3~4 weeks.

The six different print color could be printed on both top and side of glass bottle screw caps by Italian CALF and OMSO multicolor printer. Swiss MADAG top positioned hot foil stamping machine could print design on the top and sides. Besides, top embossing and Flexographic closure can be also workable in the production process.
