Wine Aluminium Caps

Most of wine screw caps use two different liner, Sarantin liner and Saranex liner respectively. There are difference in cost and airtightness between of them, Sarantin due to good oxygen permeability can keep wine safe for 10 ten years, Saranex liner last three year in sealing, the cost of Sarantin liner is higher than that of Saranex liner accordingly. Especially for sarantin liner, it is very popular in Australia and New Zealand market. Our Sarantin liner are imported from German Meyer and France MJG company, and including inner coating are met to FDA standard.

For size of wine screw caps, besides 30x60mm, it is also popular size for 30x50mm/30x44mm/25x43mm in wine industry.

The six different print color could be printed on both top and side of screw caps by Italian high speed CALF and OMSO multicolor printer. Swiss MADAG top positioned hot foil stamping machine could print design on the top and sides. Besides, top embossing and Flexographic closure can be also workable in the production.

The thickness and material of aluminum screw caps is 0.23mm, 8011 aluminum alloy. Wine screw caps are produced by high speed BORTOLIINKEMO machine that was imported from Europe, 60000pcs per hour, equipped with automatic inspection machine in order to control quality.

For new clients, the order could be started from 50000pcs with each item. Generally speaking, our production lead time is 3~4 weeks.
