For non-refillable aluminum plastic caps, there are several popular size to fit standard bottle finish, such as 33x47mm/33x58mm for guala bottle finish, 30x35mm/30x44mm/31.5x44mm aluminum ropp cap for BVP bottle finish.

The plastic fitment are produced by high speed German DMG injection molding machine, and the aluminum sheet is printed by Fuji two-color printer.

For aluminum capsules, six different print color could be printed on both top and side of aluminum capsules by high speed Italian CALF and OMSO multicolor printer. Swiss MADAG top positioned hot foil stamping machine could print design on the top and sides. Besides, top embossing and Flexographic closure can be also workable in the production.
