28mm aluminum ropp caps are produced by high speed Sacmi machine that was imported from Italy, 60000pcs per hour, equipped with automatic inspection machine. For new clients, the order could be started from 100000pcs with each item. Generally speaking, our production lead time is 2 weeks.

28x15.5mm aluminum ropp caps are professionally used for gas contained drink, fitting to American standard GPI 1650 bottle finish and European standard MCA2 bottle finish.

The material of compression molded liner and inner coating are met to FDA standard, including outer coating, they can withstand 121 degrees high temperature lasting 15 minutes. Besides, the material of liner is ozone resistant for sealing premium spring water. The material and thickness of aluminum caps is 0.23mm, 3105 aluminum alloy.
